Power: 13,800 volts, 5,500 KVA with 6 transformers.

HVAC: steam, oil-fired with 2 boilers that are adequate for plant needs.  The boilers are fed via two 15,000-gallon #6 oil tanks.

Lighting: generally suspended fluorescent.

Plumbing: Municipal Water and Sanitary Sewer plus filtration plant for production wastewater, including waste system and high-pressure steam piping of various sizes and capacities.
