WhiteEagle is an experienced real estate development company with a specialty in locating and acquiring underperforming real estate assets and developing them to their highest and best use.  The management team has a proven track record of realizing impressive returns.  In this new venture, the company will provide superior resort site identification and acquisition, professional resort design, construction, management, marketing and sales, all with the purpose of creating an exceptional value for the WhiteEagle investment partners and RV Resort lot buyers. 
 
Exceptional care has been taken in site selection and design to ensure that all the elements are present to make each resort experience extraordinary.  Whether it is located by the ocean, on a picturesque lake or river, or in the mountains, each resort will possess its own unique style and atmosphere. 
 
WhiteEagle has researched the unique needs of today’s RV owner. We have assembled a team of RV specialists in the areas of resort construction, management, sales and marketing, to provide a lifestyle experience that will meet and exceed the expectations of today’s RV owner. 
 
WhiteEagle will develop, manage, and sell lots in a family of RV resorts located in pristine destinations throughout the  United States , each meeting the exceptional standard of consistency and quality set by WhiteEagle.  Each resort will be of Five Star quality with such amenities as well-designed clubhouses, fitness centers, pools, activities directors, laundry and shower facilities, storage areas, large sites, WiFi, and much more.  Each resort will have a rental program for owners; many will allow Casitas, decks, outdoor kitchens, and other improvements to be built on the lot according to the owner’s discretion and taste.  Several of our resorts may include the option of Park Models or homes with an RV garage attached.

Corporate Bios

 
Steven R. Rogers, Chairman of the Board - Steve’s work experience has been in the field of child care. He originally went into business in a detention center in Las Vegas , NV . From there he leveraged his experience and joined forces with the director of the detention center to start a privately held, for-profit company called VisionQuest. VisionQuest is currently one of the top companies in child care throughout the United States . Steve helped grow the company from beginning revenues of $25,000 in the first year of operation to $57 million when he retired in 2001. While the President of VisionQuest for twenty years, Steve’s responsibilities included overseeing finance, insurance, quality care, treatment and recruiting for a company that grew from six children and two staff to over 1,500 children and 1,250 staff.
 
In addition, Steve developed numerous properties with behavioral health treatment facilities:

·         Developed 160 acres for a 175-bed facility for female clients in  Central Florida

·         Re-developed 88-acre property for a  200-bed facility for male and female clients in Franklin , Pennsylvania

·         Re-developed 165 acre property for a 140-bed facility in Elfrida , Arizona

·         Developed ground lease for a 140-bed facility in New Lisbon, New Jersey

·         Developed ground lease for a 145-bed facility in South Mountain , Pennsylvania

He is presently bringing his leadership and management skills to WhiteEagle National, by forming strategic partnerships and professional teams that will positively affect the outcome of WhiteEagle National investments.

 

 

Eric Rogers, President & CEO- Eric oversees all aspects of WhiteEagle National.  Primarily, he is responsible for sourcing transactions and, once identified, negotiating the procurement and securing  the capital. Since his early start with WhiteEagle in 2002, Eric has continued to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in identifying potential real estate opportunities, structuring the acquisition, developing a plan for development and/or turnaround and then ultimately moving the project to a profitable event.  Eric is a graduate of the University of Connecticut , where he was captain of the Football team.

 

 

Dara Nigreville, CFO- Dara is responsible for all accounting and financial aspects for WhiteEagle National.  She is involved with all operational budgeting, financial analysis, and loan management.  After graduating from the College of William and Mary with a degree in finance, she worked in the finance sector of a social services organization.  Within four years, she ascended to a Regional Finance Director role where she had fiduciary responsibility for 19% of her company’s total gross income and 38% of their net income.  Following three years in this role, she transitioned to a general finance role with Bristol-Myers Squibb.  While full-time with BMS , she completed an Executive MBA at the University of Delaware

 
 
 

Jeffrey E Kelly, Executive Vice President- Jeff is one of the original members of WhiteEagle National and has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of nearly $400 million since 2002.  He began his career in 1993 with The Fountains Retirement Communities as Director of Business Development. He conducted financial and market feasibility assessments as well as valuations of potential purchases. By 1998, Jeff was instrumental in growing the company’s portfolio to a full spectrum of housing options throughout the US including 20 communities with annual revenues and net operating income in excess of $140 million and $21 million respectively. These campuses of care consisted of independent seniors, congregate care, assisted living, Alzheimer’s and skilled nursing with a total unit count in excess of 5,000.

 

 

Jake Devonshire, Vice President- Jake joined WhiteEagle National following a 30 year career in the field of children’s behavioral health with one of the nation’s largest and well regarded childcare agencies. During that time, Jake created and developed a series of highly successful facilities for the treatment of seriously disturbed youth. As director of his company’s second-largest division, in five years he quadrupled the size of the division, established best practices in management, and led the company in profitability and fiscal performance. Both his life and his business have been conducted through relationships defined by an ethic of integrity and directness.  Jake graduated from Duke University where he was a three year starter in football.

 

 

Grant Rogers, Vice President- Grant worked with Hertz Local Edition as a branch manager for four years prior to joining WhiteEagle national in the spring of 2007. During his tenure, Grant tripled branch revenues and increased profits substantially through establishing relations, precise fleet utilization, and employee training and motivation. He declined a promotion to district manager to pursue his career with WhiteEagle.  Grant Graduated from Linfield College where he was captain of the Baseball team.

Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth of the company, maximize profits, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls and efficiency improvements for the company.

Created a comprehensive budget and reporting process and implemented a sophisticated automated forecast model.  Worked closely with company attorneys to develop the complex capital structure which mitigates potential risk and minimizes future tax liabilities Fountains Retirement Communities, Inc was sold in 2006 for $518,000,000
