Eric Rogers, President & CEO- Eric oversees all aspects of WhiteEagle National. He began his career in 1993 with The Fountains Retirement Communities as Director of Business Development. Jake Devonshire, Vice President- Jake joined WhiteEagle National following a 30 year career in the field of children’s behavioral health with one of the nation’s largest and well regarded childcare agencies. During that time, Jake created and developed a series of highly successful facilities for the treatment of seriously disturbed youth. As director of his company’s second-largest division, in five years he quadrupled the size of the division, established best practices in management, and led the company in profitability and fiscal performance.
